Once again it’s time for Bushboy’s ‘Last on the Card’ challenge. What is the last photo you took in September? As usual I enjoyed the surprise! Forgetting has its charms, after all.
The rules are simple:
1. Post the last photo on your SD card or last photo on your phone for the 30th September
2. No editing – who cares if it is out of focus, not framed as you would like or the subject matter didn’t cooperate.
3. You don’t have to have any explanations, just the photo will do
4. Create a Pingback to Bushboy’s post or add your link in the comments
5. Tag “The Last Photo”
Et voilà!

A lovely looking crop indeed Maria ( says he knowing the “secret”) Thanks for joining in 🙂 🙂

Definitely my best carrot ever too! Relatively unscathed …Not good enough for the supermarket but yum. I don’t even like turnip and radish – but someone does. Thanks for the challenge, Brian!

You’re welcome Maria 🙂

Did they all come from your garden? I recognise the carrot & the radish, but what is the last?

Hi, Ju-Lyn and thank you. The ‘other’ is a turnip: a variety called Golden Ball. Yes they all came from the garden or rather the allotment – a piece of ground nearby that we rent from the council. We grew them anyway!

I’m not used to seeing tiny turnips – I love its name! What fun that you have an allotment – space to grow lovely things!

They can grow bigger I suppose – these were sown late. Do you have room to grow veg, Ju-Lyn?

We have a small balcony garden where Loving Husband grows a modest collection of spring onions & chillis. Allotments are available but none close to our home.

Oh the balcony garden sounds lovely. Anything fresh and tasty is welcome. I also think my husband would appreciate it if I started calling him Loving Husband. It sounds so right!
